After creating a system to have our chapters vote on projects they would like to complete, they voted to improve the user experience on event registration. This version had many bugs and lead to user frustration often. We asked 'how can we make the calls to action more clear'? In order to complete this, I interviewed event customer service agents, a sample of our events specialists in chapters and our team assisted me with google flow analytics.

With the help of our design consultants, we used the information we gathered to create this improved flow. The flow is live.

At ULI, members can either register as a pair or register as a larger group, or by themselves. It was difficult to find the right language as within the organisation, certain words have their own connotations. Although this language is imperfect to avoid any conflicting language, we went with "REGISTER YOURSELF" or "REGISTER TWO OR MORE."
